Thank you for bringing a delegation to AHPMUN 2026. This page collects the essentials for preparing and chaperoning your students throughout the conference.

Before the conference

  • Register your delegation through the official form
  • Confirm committee assignments and share background guides with students
  • Review conference policies and the code of conduct with your delegates
  • Coordinate travel, arrival times, and supervision plans

During the conference

Advisors are responsible for the conduct and supervision of their delegates between committee sessions. Our Secretariat will share an advisor point of contact and an emergency line closer to the conference.
